In order to sustain the investments the key technology areas concerning our business, we at AliAkbar Fabrics (Pvt)Ltd have made significant investments in the testing and quality assurance equipment in each of our production bases and also ensured a company with standardization. These are periodically reinforced through personal interaction between our representatives and our valued customers.

Having our own Spinning Mill, we have an edge over others in sourcing most of our 100% cotton yarn requirements from our own Spinning Mills. This ensures consistency and reliability not only in the quality of raw material but also in quality of the end product.

we have the experience of quality and human resource standards of different American and European buyers like Tom Tailor, Cotton Field, Carly Gry, Snap, American Eagle, Wall Mart, Kohls, Weather Vane etc. Maximum care is taken while producing Garments for our different buyers as per their given / specified quality parameters.

100 % inspection is a standard practice during all processes of production that includes 100% inspection of Grey Knitted Fabric on Calator Fabric Inspection Machine and further inspection of dyed fabric before and after cutting. Only the A Grade fabric / cut parts are passed on to the next process. Complete record is maintained from yarn to the garment packing and export for easy tracking. We believe that "Prevention is Better Than Cure".Therefore maximum care is taken at each step of production in order to ensure quality and smooth flow of all processes.
